We are committed to ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of your cannabis products. Please read our detailed shipping & delivery policy carefully to understand how we handle shipments, claims, and delays.

Dispatch and Delivery Timelines

All cannabis-related products are dispatched within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase using Royal Mail. Orders are not processed during weekends or on public holidays. Once dispatched, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.

Domestic Shipping Rates

For all UK-based orders, we apply a flat shipping rate. However, if your order exceeds £75, shipping is free of charge.

Handling Lost Shipments

We understand the frustration of a missing cannabis order. Here’s how we address lost shipments:

1. When Your Shipment is Marked as Delivered But Not Received
   If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please allow up to 5 working days for its delivery. Royal Mail may occasionally mark parcels as delivered prematurely. In such cases, the parcel may:
   • Be redelivered later.
   • Be found in a secure location on your property.
   • Be with a neighbour.
2. Tracking Updates Stagnant
   If your parcel’s tracking information has not updated and the delivery timeframe has exceeded 50% of the delivery aim, we will consider this as a potential loss. However, if we are aware of network delays due to high volumes, this may be classified as a delay.

In cases of confirmed loss, we will either offer a refund or arrange a replacement for your cannabis products.

Addressing Damaged Shipments

We take great care to ensure your cannabis orders arrive in perfect condition. If any items are damaged during transit, please follow these steps:

1. What Qualifies as Damaged?
   • Packaging that arrives visibly damaged (requires photographic evidence).
   • Missing items due to the parcel being tampered with or opened during transit (requires photographic evidence).
2. What to Do?
   Contact us immediately if your cannabis products arrive damaged or if any items are missing. Be sure to provide photographic evidence of the damage.

Situations We Do Not Cover

There are certain scenarios where we cannot take responsibility for missing or delayed cannabis shipments:

• Incorrect address information provided by the customer, leading to missing parcels or redelivery fees.
• Delays in transit due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Orders marked as unfulfilled or unshipped due to inventory or dispatch issues.
• Parcels that are left outside your property at your request and subsequently go missing. This falls under carrier terms and conditions.

Submitting a Claim for Lost or Damaged Cannabis Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, you can submit a claim by following these steps:

1. Visit our Contact Us page or reach out via Telegram. Include the email address used for your order.
2. Provide the following details in your claim:
   • Subject line: CLAIM for Order #12345
   • Description of the issue.
   • Photographic evidence of damage.

Our customer service team will respond within 1 working day. If your parcel is later located, we may request that you return it to us at our expense.

Terms for Shipping Protection

By selecting shipping protection, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please note that shipping protection is non-refundable.

Policy for Unprotected Cannabis Parcels

For parcels without shipping protection, we will follow the claims process with the chosen courier (Royal Mail). This process may take 1-2 weeks and depends on Royal Mail’s discretion.

If the courier provides GPS or photographic evidence showing the parcel has been delivered to your property, a neighbour, or a secure location, we will not issue a refund or replacement.
