REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

 

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item within 14 days. This allows us to assess the issue and rectify it accordingly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Items that are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of our products.

Refunds:

We will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed ONLY via Bitcoin, regardless of the crypto coin you made the payment with. Please be aware that you will need to contact us with your Bitcoin wallet address to complete the refund back to you.
